Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)

Home & Community-based Options and Person Centered Excellence (HOPE) Waiver

The Home & Community-Based Options and Person Centered Excellence (HOPE) Waiver operated by the Division of Long Term Services and Supports, allows the Department to use Title XIX Medicaid to provide home and community-based services to individuals that are risk for institutionalization. Waiver services may include personal care, homemaker, adult day care, in-home nursing, meals, emergency response systems, other supplemental services.
