Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)
FCA support and assists families and caregivers through education, advocacy and services. In addition to providing training to technical assistance to California’s Caregiver Resource Centers, FCA hosts the National Center on Caregiving (NCC). Diamond State Health Plan Plus
Delaware’s DSHP-Plus Program is a managed integrated long-term care Medicaid program. This program provides nursing facility and home and communty based services to assist elderly and disabled adults. This program also allows for certain family members, including spouses and adult children, to be hired and paid as the personal care provider. Other services may include:

Where Do I Go for Legal Help And/Or Dependent Person Mistreatment?
Community Legal Aid Society, Inc
Non-profit offers legal information and assistance to low income residents of Delaware. Also has an Elder Law program that provides legal information and assistance to any adults age 60 or older. Assists older adults on legal topics including:

– Consumer problems
